Pedro is a sociologist and MSc in Social Research, specializing in UX Research and digital product strategy. Currently, he works as UX Research Lead at Cencosud, where he leads an international team of 10 UX researchers in LATAM. His work focuses on conducting research to identify the market fit of various digital applications, collaborating closely with design and development teams.
Throughout his career, he has worked in social research consultancies, business and technological innovation projects, and the development of digital strategies. His approach combines research methodologies with a deep understanding of the business to design digital solutions aligned with market needs.
Pedro provides strategies for developing custom technologies for different clients, helping to validate and optimize digital products through user-centered research and market analysis.
